Our history

The founding principals of Smith Risley Tempel Santos LLC established the firm in 2003, operating as LAVA Group Law by Smith and Frohwein and later as Smith Frohwein Tempel Greenlee Blaha LLC. In 2009, the firm expanded again, adding depth in IP litigation, and reformed as Sentry Law Group. As of 2011, the firm operates as Smith Risley Tempel Santos LLC and has offices located in Atlanta and Athens, Ga.
